Omschrijving

De BK6 balgkoppeling van R+W Couplings heeft een hoge mate van bedrijfszekerheid en is geschikt voor axiale montage. Het design van deze precisie koppeling maakt (de)monteren zeer eenvoudig. Het tapse press fit systeem maakt het mogelijk de koppeling in twee delen te monteren. Deze verbinding is tevens elektrisch isolerend. De schroeven van de klemnaven worden via de binnenzijde van de koppeling aangedraaid. Door deze frictie klemverbinding is de koppeling absoluut spelingsvrij. Dankzij de geforceerd gevormde balg kan het element tegelijkertijd zowel laterale, axiale als angulaire uitlijnfouten opvangen. Zolang deze niet buiten het maximale gebied vallen, zal er geen metaalmoeheid in het balgmateriaal optreden en is de koppeling volkomen vrij van slijtage.
